My Carnivore + Cannabis Protocol for Inflammation

    I wanted to share something personal in case it helps someone else struggling with inflammation or autoimmune pain.

    When I combined:
    🥩 Carnivore diet
    🌿 Cannabis (flower + tincture)

    …my joint pain, gut flare-ups, and fatigue went down dramatically.

    Not medical advice — just sharing what worked:
    • THC at night for pain + deep sleep
    • CBD during the day for inflammation
    • Zero sugar + zero seed oils
    • Bone broth daily
    • Weekly fast (24–48 hours)

    I’m curious whether anyone else here is using cannabis as part of a healing journey — physical or mental.
