    Virginia home grow limits have remained unchanged, even as public attitudes and enforcement priorities evolve.
    Does the Home Grow Cap Still Make Sense in 2025?
    The current limit raises questions:
    · Is it enforced consistently?
    · Does it prevent misuse?
    · Should medical patients receive exceptions?
    Some view the cap as reasonable. Others see it as outdated and arbitrary.
