3. What That Means For Growers & Consumers in Norfolk / Virginia

🌿 For Personal Growers

🛒 For Buyers

  • Because retail recreational sales are not active, your legal options are limited to:

  • Be cautious of any “store” claiming to sell recreational marijuana — they might be operating illegally.

    1. Shannon, that is a great question. Why is it legal to grow in Virginia, but it’s not legal to sell seed….hmmm crazy huh. I know for sure you if you are over 21 you can share cannabis seeds but they don’t want you to exchange anything for it. I’m hoping we can get someone in here that have more then enough to give away. lol

  1. Wow — crazy times in Virginia. Everyone is focused on full cannabis legalization, but barely anyone is talking about the sneaky CBD ban they slipped into the most recent CR bill.

  2. Good breakdown! I’ve been curious if home cultivation limits are being enforced strictly. What’s everyone’s experience so far?
